History: A Book Nicknamed “The Devil’s Bible”

I just watched a show on the Science Chanel Demand called Forbidden History. The show’s episode was about the Codex Gigas or “The Devil’s Bible.” The book was created by a monk in the 13th century, who petitioned the devil for his life. This story took place in the Czech Republic formally known as Bohemia.
