Don’t Let Your Feet Run to Evil

The title of this post comes from Proverbs 4:26-27 and Proverbs 1:16 Do not turn to the right or the left. Remove your foot from evil. Their feet run to evil. You will read more scriptures further down on not letting your feet run to evil.  We looked at the right hand and left hand now let’s look at the feet.

Isaiah 66:1 Heaven is Yah’s throne and earth is Yah’s footstool. Yah told Yahoshua to sit at His right hand until I make your enemies your footstool. Psalm 110:1, Hebrews 10:12-13.

Job said my foot has held fast to His steps, I have kept His way and not turned aside, Job 23:11. A man’s heart plans his way but Yah directs his steps, Proverbs 16:9. A man’s steps are of Yah. How then can a man understand his own way? Proverbs 20:24. Do not walk in the way with them, keep your foot from their path, Proverbs 1:15.

Pharaoh used the expression ‘hand or foot’ in emphasizing Yoseph’s total authority over all the land of Egypt, Genesis 41:43-44.

Jeroboam’s wife was warned not to put her foot in the city or the boy would die, 1 Kings 14:12.

Psalm 31:8 …You set my feet in a wide place. (protection from enemies).

Proverbs 25:17 Seldom set foot in your neighbor’s house lest he become weary of you and hate you.

Those forgotten by the foot Job 28:4.

Isaiah 41:3 Yah’s help.

Moses footprint would not be in the land Deuteronomy 2:5.

Psalm 18:38…they fall at my feet.   In the garden of Gethsemane Yahoshua bowed down with His face to the ground to worship Yah, Matthew 26: 39. The soldiers, in the garden of Gethsemane bowed down to Yahoshua. They recognized His authority, John 18:6. Authoritative feet Revelation 1:17. Isaiah 45:23 Every knee shall bow to Yah and every tongue shall take an oath. Philippians 2:9-11 Every knee will bow and every tongue will confess that Yahoshua is Master to the esteem of Yah the Father. Romans 14:10-11 repeated. All the angels bowed to Yahoshua Hebrews 1:6.  Revelation 3:9 Yah said He will make those that call themselves Israylites but are not come and worship before our feet. Isaiah 49:23 …they shall bow down to you with their faces to the earth and lick up the dust of your feet. Psalm 22:29 All those who go down to the dust shall bow before Him. Abigail bowed at David’s feet 1 Shemuyah 25:23-24. Hadassah fell at the king’s feet, Esther 8:3. Genesis 41:43 Pharoah commanded the people to bow down to Yoseph. Luke 4:7 the devil wishes we would bow down to him. In the book of Adam and Eve, satan would not bow down to the image Yah made, Adam but he will bow down to Yahoshua. Daniyah would not bow down to the idol image in Daniyah 3:1-30. They will bow down to the man of sin or be killed, Revelation 13:15. Acts 10:25 Cornelius tried to worship Kepha. Kepha told him not to bow to him. John tried to worship the angel twice, the angel tells him not to do that, Revelation 19:10 and Revelation 22:8-9. In 2 Kings 4:37 A Shunammite woman bowed at Elisha’s feet after he raised her son from the dead. Mark 5:22, Yairus bowed to Yahoshua after Yahoshua healed his little girl. Mark 3:11 the demons bowed down to Yahoshua. We are not to serve (bow down to) the gods, wood and stone, Deuteronomy 4:28 and Deuteronomy 28:36,64. *Isaiah 60:14 their sons shall bow at your feet. **2 Chronicles 7:1-3 The Children of Ysrayl bowed down to Yah. 1 Chronicles 29:20 The Children of Ysrayl bowed down to Yah. 1 Kings 18:38-39 The people bowed down to Yah after seeing His fire consume the offering on Mount Caramel. Yah sent fire down to consume an offering in Leviticus 9:24 and the Children of Ysrayl fell on their faces and worshipped Him. Samson’s parents fell on their faces to worship Yah, Judges 13:20.

Exodus 24:10 and Yahzeqyl 1:26 There is a sapphire stone under Yah’s feet in heaven. Psalm 18:9.

The ark of the covenant is Yah’s footstool, 1 Chronicles 28:2. Psalm 99:5 worship at Yah’s footstool. Let us worship at His footstool Psalm 132:7. Lamentations 2:1 Ysrayl did not remember Yah’s footstool. The earth is Yah’s footstool and Jerusalem the city of the Great King, Mattithyah 5:35. Acts 7:49, the earth is Yah’s footstool and what is the place of His rest? Yahrushalim (Jerusalem). The temple is under the soles of Yah’s feet, Yahzeqyl 43:7. The flag of Ghana (Ashanti flag) has a golden footstool on it…hmmm.

Yah treads the high places, Amos 4:13, Micah 1:3, Nahum 1:3, Job 9:8.

The believer’s feet: The believer’s foot will not stumble, Proverbs 3:23 not will his foot become ensnared for Yah will be his guide and protector, Proverbs 3:26. Your word is a lamp to my feet. Psalm 119:105. Yah will not allow your foot to be moved, Psalm 121:3.

Pride causes your feet to stumble Yeremiyah 13:15-16.

Yah keeps our feet from stumbling Psalm 56:13, Psalm 26:1-2, Our feet do not leave His way Psalm 44:18. Yah makes straight paths for our feet Hebrews 12:13. Don’t give the devil a foothold Ephesians 4:27. Order my steps Yah with Your Word Psalm 119:133. Obedience to Yah guarantees that one’s feet will not slip Psalm 17:5.

Yah guards the feet of His saints 1 Shemuyah 2:9, Psalm 26:12. Yah sets our feet upon a rock! Psalm 40:2. Yah kept my feet from stumbling Psalm 116:8.

The unrighteous are depicted as those who do not restrain their feet, Yeremiyah 14:10. They are those whose feet rush to sin Proverbs 1:16 and this is repeated in Isaiah 59:7, their feet run to evil they like to kill the innocent. Their feet are swift to run to evil, Proverbs 6:18. Some feet hurry to deceive, Job 31:5. Feet run to evil, Romans 3:15. They do evil with both hands, Micah 7:3. The unrighteous are trapped by his heel, Job 18:7-9. The adulterer’s feet are feet that go down to death, her steps go to the grave, Proverbs 5:5. Some who fellowship with you lift their heel against you like Judas did Yahoshua. John 13:18. They trampled Yahoshua underfoot. It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living Yah. Hebrews 10:29,31.

Feet that do good are described as beautiful feet in Romans 10:15, Isaiah 52:7. Yahoshua’s feet brought the Good News. Luke 1:78-79 Yah sent Yahoshua to guide our feet into the way of peace. Yahoshua washed the feet of His betrayer Judas and all the apostles. Yahoshua was humble, John 13:1-17. Abigail washed their feet 1 Shemuyah 25:41. The Israylites showed hospitality by washing guests feet, Genesis 18:4, Genesis 19:2, Genesis 24:32, 2 Shemuyah 11:8, Song of Solomon 5:3, 1 Timothy 5:10. Don’t neglect your guest’s feet like they did Yahoshua in Luke 7:44. She washed Yahoshua’s feet with her tears and dried them with her hair. She kissed His feet. Then she anointed His feet with fragrant oil. She loved Yahoshua greatly and her sins were forgiven. HalleluYah.

Yah is said to walk on the vault of heaven in Job 22:14. Dark clouds billow like dust under His feet, Nahum 1:3. The sound of Yah walking in the garden was heard in Genesis 3:8. Yah walks among the Israylite camp so keep it set-apart, Deuteronomy 23:18.Revelation 2:1, Yah walks in the midst of the assembly. Enoch walked (on the straight path) with Yah, Genesis 5:22. We are to walk in Yah’s laws, statues, commandments and judgments, Yahzeqyl 18:9.

Heel—Psalm 41:9, Psalm 49:5, Hosea 12:3. Sole—Deuteronomy 11:24, 1 Kings 5:3. Toes—Exodus 29:20, 2 Shemuyah 21:20 (giants have 6 toes and 6 fingers on each hand and foot), Daniyah 2:41. Swift— 2 Shemuyah 2:18, 2 Shemuyah 22:34.

Diseased feet 1 Kings 15:23, Deuteronomy 8:4, Psalm 91:12, Exodus 12:11, Yahzeqyl 24:17 the prophet’s wife died. 2 Shemuyah 19:24 Shaul’s son did not care for his own feet. 2 Shemuyah 15:30-32 David went up to Mount Olive barefoot and cried as he went up David went up to worship Yah. Yahoshua went up Mount Olive in agony and sweated drops of blood. He went up to worship Yah, Luke 22:39-46. Grief vs. joy, Yahzeqyl 6:11and Yahzeqyl 25:6.

Shake the dust off your feet if they will not hear Yah’s words, Mattithyah 10:14 and Mark 6:11. Putting feet on necks or subjugation, Joshua 10:24. Enemy maimed, judges 1:6-7 and 2 Shemuyah 4:12. Feet in Jail Psalm 105:18, Job 13:27, Acts 16:24.

Take your shoes off in set-apart places Exodus 3:5 and Joshua 5:15.

refrain from evil, Hebrews 12:13, Psalm 119:59, Proverbs 3:23, Proverbs 3:26.

Ensnared by the feet Job 18:8, Psalm 9:15.

Saints feet Psalm 18:36, Psalm 116:8. The saints feet established by Yah Psalm 66:9, Psalm 121:3.

Yah guides the feet Isaiah 48:17, Yahoshua guides the feet Luke 1:79.

Destruction Yesiyah 17:7 Lamentations 1:15 Yah trampled them like a winepress as Yahoshua will in Revelation.

The tribe of Asher’s foot was blessed by Moses and dipped in oil or favor, Deuteronomy 33:24. Job foot dipped in oil, Job 29:6. The foot dipped in blood means victory over an enemy, Psalm 68:23. Yahoshua will tread the winepress with His feet meaning He will have victory over them. The wine is their blood, Revelation 19:15. HalleluYah.

Right Hand—Left Hand

Let’s get our study on.

Ecclesiastes 10:2 A wise man’s heart is at his right hand but a fool’s heart at his left. Deuteronomy 11:18 Yah put His laws in our (right) hand and frontlet of our eyes.

Proverbs 3:16 Length of days is in her right hand, in her left hand riches and honor.

Genesis 48:13-19 Ephraim the younger of Yoseph’s children was blessed by Yahqob with the right hand and not Manasseh.

Mattithyah 6:3 When you do a charitable deed do not let your left hand know what your right hand is doing.

Mattithyah 25:34 Then the King will say to those on His right hand come you blessed of My Father inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundations of the world.

Mattithyah 25:41 Then He will say to those on the left hand, depart from Me you cursed into the everlasting fire prepared for the devil and his angels.

Yonah 4:11 Not knowing the difference between your right hand and left was a sign of ignorance.

*Judges 7:20 Gideon’s troops held torches in their left hands and trumpets in their right hands.

*Judges 3:15 Ehud was a left-handed judge in Ysrayl.

Mattithyah 20:21,23 …she (the mother of James and John Matthew 10:2) said to Him grant that these two of mine may sit one on Your right hand and the other on the left in Your kingdom. v. 23 …but to sit on My right hand and on My left is not mine to give but it is for those for whom it is prepared by My Father.

The right hand is mentioned 7 times in Revelation: 1:16, 1:17, 1:20, 2:1, 5:1, 5:7 and Revelation 13:16, where the devil copies Yah using the right hand and frontlet of the eyes (see Deuteronomy 11:18.

Isaiah 49:16 See, I have inscribed you on the palms of My hands your walls are continually before Me.

Psalm 110:1 Yah said to Yahoshua sit at My right hand until I make Your enemies Your footstool. (also see Hebrews 10:12-13, Acts 2:34, Acts 7:55, Colossians 3:1).

Giving the right hand after a battle symbolized submission to the victor, Yahzeqyl 17:18, Yeremiyah 50:15

The right hand is the place of power and strength. Psalm 60:5, 63:8, 108:6, 110:1,118:15-16 and Isaiah 28:2.

Exodus 15:6 Yah uses His right hand to crush enemies.

Benyamin means the son of my right hand, a symbol of favor. He was named by Yahqob. Genesis 35:18 footnote NKJV.

Job 37:7 Yah heals the hand.

Women are helping hands Genesis 2:18, Genesis 2:20.

The right hand was a place of honor, Solomon’s mommy sat at his right hand. 1 Kings 2:19 and Psalm 45:9.

The right hand of fellowship Galatians 2:9.

Yahoshua placed over the work of Yah’s hands Psalm 8:4-6 and Hebrews 2:7.

Yah holds our right hand (protecting us) Psalm 16:8,11, Psalm 73:23, Psalm 109:31 and Psalm 121:5

Isaiah 41:10 Yah will hold you in His righteous right hand.

The right hand is more targeted by the enemy (this can also be a wife who is the right hand of her husband targeted by the enemy) Job 30:12, Psalm 109:6 and Zechariyah 3:1.

Yah’s right hand will find you. Psalm 21:8-9

*Isaiah 62:8 Yah takes an oath by His right hand. Other oaths with the hand Genesis 24:2, Genesis 47:29, Genesis 47:31.

*Yahoshua blessed the children with His hands Mark 10:16. Genesis 48:14, Acts 6:6, 1 Timothy 4:14.

*The saints hands are blessed Deuteronomy 2:7, Deuteronomy 30:9, Job 1:10, Psalm 90:17.

*Violent hands Isaiah 1:15, Isaiah 59:3, Psalm 58:2, Isaiah 59:6 Micah 7:3.

* cut your right hand off if it causes you to sin Matthew 5:30.

Yah wrote the 10 commandments with his finger, Exodus 31:18 and Deuteronomy 9:10. Yahoshua wrote with His finger John 8:6.

Moses was 40 years old in Egypt, 40 years in the desert and 40 years leading the COY.

Yah commanded sockets of silver to be in groups of 40, Exodus 26:19, 21.

Yahoshua Ben Nun and them spied the land for 40 days, Numbers 14:34 and punishment for rebelling was 40 years in the wild, a year for each day  v. 32-35.

Othniyah judged Ysrayl 40 years, Judges 3:11.

Deborah judged Ysrayl 40 years, Judges 5:31.

Gideon judged Ysrayl 40 years, Judges 8:28.

Yah delivered the COY into the hands of the Philistines 40 years, Judges 13:1.

The set-apart place of the temple was 40 cubits long, 1 Kings 5:17.

Yonah warned Nineveh saying in 40 days Yah would destroy them, Yonah 3:4.

Yahzeqyl lay on his right side 40 days to symbolize the 40 years of Judah’s sins, Yahzeqyl 4:6.

Yahoshua was tempted by the devil 40 days and fasted 40 days Mattithyah 4:2, Luke 4:2, Mark 1:13.

Yahoshua taught and was seen 40 days by His apostles after His resurrection, Acts 1:3.

It was 40 years from the murder of Yahoshua until destruction of Jerusalem and the temple in 70 A.D.
