In the Garden

I bought this plant called Stevia on Friday afternoon. I was looking for this and another herb but the garden center sold out of the other herb that I was looking for. This herb, Stevia tastes about 10 times sweeter than cane sugar but without the calories. It’s from Paraguay and Brazil and has been used for centuries to sweeten food.  This reminded me of what I just read today, in Exodus chapter 15 where Moshe threw a tree in the bitter waters and sweetened the waters for the children of Ysrayl. HalleluYah.

I also bought these onion bulbs for 75 cents. I hope they take root because I know it is not the season to grow onions. But I will try to grow a few. There are 50 bulbs.
